NORDLINE LABS (“Nordline”), SASU with share capital of €1,000, 11 boulevard Suchet, 75016 Paris, France — RCS Paris 109 428 235 — contact@movi.immo — +33 6 76 09 62 47. Full details: Legal notice. Personal data: privacy policy.

Using the Platform (the movi.immo site and the Movi software) means accepting these Terms. They do not deprive a consumer of the rights the law grants them.

2. What Nordline does

Nordline publishes software and sells a factual visit report, the “Visit”. For the Visit, Nordline invoices the customer and pays the independent Partner who carries out the visit. The Visit is described in the Visit Terms of Sale.

The Visit service is available in Paris and Île-de-France only for now. The software Platform is accessible from the European Union.

Nordline is not a real-estate agency. It does not negotiate a lease, hold a mandate, or act for the client. It sells a factual visit report.

Nordline does not promise a lease, an apartment, or a rental outcome. It does not publish listings or manage tenancies. It does not handle funds for a landlord or a tenant. It provides no property diagnostic, no legal, tax or financial advice, and no insurance.

You alone decide on your application. The lease is concluded outside the Platform. Nordline is not a party to it.

3. Search companion and Risk Score

The Movi search companion is coming soon. It is an artificial-intelligence system: when you chat with it, you will be interacting with an AI, not with a Nordline staff member or a Partner. By default, your conversations may be used to improve and train our AI models, after the details that identify you are removed. You may object at any time, in your settings or at contact@movi.immo (privacy notice, section 3).

Its answers will be generated automatically. They will be indicative and may be incomplete or wrong. They will not be advice, a guarantee, or a decision on your file. Check any important information before signing a lease or paying. You may freely use the text generated for you, for your personal search.

Movi makes no decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (GDPR art. 22). You remain the author of your steps.

The Risk Score is announced as “coming soon”. It is not offered today. Its terms of use will be published before it opens.

4. Access to the Platform

Free access is under an obligation of means (obligation de moyens). For a paid service, section 9 applies.

The Platform may be interrupted for maintenance, a technical incident or force majeure. Nordline may change, suspend or stop it within the law, without affecting an order already paid.

5. Account and rules of use

The Platform is for adults with legal capacity to contract. Your information must be accurate. Your login details are personal: report any unauthorised use to contact@movi.immo. Joining the waitlist is not an order.

The following are forbidden: false information and identity theft; fraud; automated extraction of data (scraping) without written permission, except where the law allows it; unauthorised access and getting around security; disrupting the service; unlawful content and harassment.

It is also forbidden to present a tool or a report as a guarantee, a diagnostic, legal advice or insurance, or to present Nordline as an agency acting for you.

6. Suspension and appeal

If these Terms are breached, Nordline may restrict functions, or suspend or close the account, in proportion to the breach.

Except in an emergency (fraud, a security threat, unlawful use, an order from an authority), Nordline writes to you first. It states the reason, the facts and the clause concerned. You have 15 days to reply or put things right. In an emergency, the measure is provisional and this information is given to you at the latest when it takes effect.

You may contest any decision free of charge for 6 months, at contact@movi.immo. A person reviews your appeal. Nordline gives you a reasoned answer and reverses any unjustified measure without delay. This appeal does not take away mediation or going to court.

A suspension does not take away any right attached to an order already paid. If Movi Service ends for a reason other than your breach, the unused part of the price is refunded to you. You may close your account at any time by writing to contact@movi.immo.

Points of contact (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services) and reporting illegal content: contact@movi.immo. Details in the Legal notice (section 7).

7. Withdrawal and refund

Platform. The free account and tools involve no payment. Movi Service: see the Movi Service Terms of Sale (section 5).

Visit. The 14-day withdrawal right and refunds for the Visit follow the Visit Terms of Sale (section 6). You can withdraw from the /retractation page. Cancelling a slot follows the scale in the Visit Terms of Sale (section 7).

8. Insurance

Nordline Labs has not taken out professional liability insurance to date. No insurer and no policy number are stated.

The Partner must hold their own liability insurance covering the visit. Nordline does not provide that insurance. This does not remove any of Nordline’s duties toward the customer.

9. Liability

Nordline is liable for damage caused by a breach of its obligations (French Civil Code art. 1231-1 et seq.).

For a paid service concluded at a distance (Visit, Movi Service), it is liable as of right toward the consumer for the proper performance of the contract, even when a Partner performs it (French Consumer Code art. L.221-15). It can be released only by proving that the failure is attributable to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to force majeure (French Civil Code art. 1218).

No clause of these Terms or of the Terms of Sale limits or excludes Nordline’s liability for personal injury, gross negligence or fraud, or removes or reduces the right of a consumer or non-professional to compensation if Nordline breaches any of its obligations (French Consumer Code art. R.212-1, 6°). No liability cap applies toward a consumer.

Business customers only. Except for personal injury, gross negligence or fraud, Nordline’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage, up to the amounts paid to Nordline in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nordline is not responsible for the decisions of third parties (landlord, agency, owner), for the Partner’s acts outside the Visit ordered, for the content of third-party sites, or for use in breach of these Terms. This does not reduce the consumer’s rights.

10. Intellectual property

The elements of the Platform (text, interface, logos, software, databases, trademarks) belong to Nordline or its licensors. You may make normal use of them, in line with these Terms.

You keep your rights in the content you provide. You grant Nordline a free, non-exclusive licence limited to what is needed to provide the service.

11. Consumer mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on “the consumer dispute mediation process”, after contacting us first and if you do not receive a reply that satisfies you, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:

Website: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php · Email: litiges@cm2c.net

If you live in another EU Member State, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you free of charge: https://www.eccnet.eu.

12. Governing law and courts

Governing law. These Terms are governed by French law. A consumer habitually resident in another EU Member State keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of that State’s law (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 “Rome I”, art. 6(2)). These rules also apply to the Visit Terms of Sale and the Movi Service Terms of Sale.

Courts. A consumer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before any court with territorial jurisdiction under the French Code of Civil Procedure or before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded or when the harmful event occurred (French Consumer Code art. R.631-3). A consumer living in another Member State may also sue in the courts of their domicile (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 “Brussels Ia”, art. 18). Nordline may bring proceedings against a consumer only in the courts of the Member State where the consumer is domiciled. Between traders, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.

Complaints and mediation. Write to contact@movi.immo first. Nordline acknowledges every complaint and replies in writing. Mediation (section 11) is free and optional: you may go to court at any time.

13. Changes and language

Nordline may change these Terms for a valid reason (changes in the law, in the Platform or in its security). A significant change is shown on the site. If you have an account, it is notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, with the new text. If you refuse it, you may close your account or cancel Movi Service free of charge before that date. A Visit order remains governed by the Visit Terms of Sale accepted at the time of the order.

Language. French is the contract language and the French version prevails. Where a version in another language is provided to you, you may rely on it. In case of doubt or difference, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer prevails (French Consumer Code art. L.211-1).

If a clause is void, the others remain in force. Not exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
