Terms of Sale — Movi Service

Last updated 1 September 2026

1. Seller and subject

NORDLINE LABS, SASU with share capital of €1,000, 11 boulevard Suchet, 75016 Paris, France — RCS Paris 109 428 235 — VAT FR51109428235 — contact@movi.immo — +33 6 76 09 62 47. Full details: Legal notice.

Movi Service is a subscription to the Movi software and platform, by invitation, accessible from the European Union. Consumers and invited professionals subscribe on the same terms. Withdrawal and mediation are for consumers only.

The Visit (visit report) is not included. It is sold separately, under the Visit Terms of Sale. These terms prevail over the Terms of Use for the subscription.

Nordline is not a real-estate agency. It does not negotiate a lease, hold a mandate, or act for the client. It publishes software and, separately, sells a factual visit report.

2. Price and VAT

ItemPrice
Movi Service subscription€19 per month, shown before the order
14-day free trial€0
VATNot charged (franchise en base)

Nordline is under the franchise en base. The invoice may state “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”. The number FR51109428235 identifies the company. It does not mean that VAT is collected on this invoice.

Consumers in other EU countries. The franchise en base applies to sales taxed in France. Subscriptions sold to consumers established in other EU countries remain under French VAT rules as long as their yearly total does not exceed €10,000 excluding VAT. This threshold is one single total for all the other EU countries combined, not a threshold per country. Above it, the VAT of the consumer’s country applies: Nordline declares it through the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS), and the price paid may change accordingly. Nordline tells you before any change, and you may then cancel free of charge.

Price changes. Nordline may change the price for future periods. It tells you by email at least 30 days before the effective date, with the old price, the new price and that date. The price of a period already started does not change. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel free of charge in your account before the effective date.

3. Free trial and payment

Movi Service starts with a 14-day free trial. The card is recorded at signup and €0 is charged that day. You may cancel at any time during the trial, at no cost. Nordline sends you a reminder email 3 days before the first charge. Unless you cancel, the subscription becomes paid at the end of the trial, at the price shown at signup. Only one free trial is granted per customer.

After that, payment is monthly, by card, through Stripe, on the anniversary date of conversion to the paid subscription. Nordline issues the invoice.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries the charge for 7 days. If it is still unpaid after that, access is suspended until payment.

Business customers only. Any amount unpaid when due bears interest at three times the French legal interest rate. A fixed recovery fee of €40 is added (French Commercial Code art. L.441-10 and D.441-5). These penalties do not apply to consumers.

4. Termination

You may cancel at any time, at no fee. Termination takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. No charge is made after that.

Online. The contract is concluded electronically. A free, easily accessible function in your account lets you notify termination online (wording such as “Cancel subscription”, French Consumer Code art. L.215-1-1 and D.215-1). You may also terminate by email to contact@movi.immo (subject: “Cancel Movi Service”).

Nordline confirms receipt. It tells you, on a durable medium and within a reasonable time, the date on which the contract ends and the effects of termination (art. L.215-1-1).

Renewal. The subscription renews by monthly periods. If the information required by article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code on the option not to renew was not sent to you, you may end the contract free of charge at any time from the renewal date.

Termination is not a request to delete personal data (privacy policy).

5. Withdrawal (consumers)

Period. The consumer has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty (French Consumer Code art. L.221-18). The day of conclusion is not counted. A period ending on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day is extended to the next working day (art. L.221-19).

Trial and withdrawal. The 14-day free trial and the 14-day withdrawal period both start at conclusion of the contract. During the trial, nothing is charged. Cancelling during the trial, or withdrawing during the period, therefore gives rise to no payment for that time.

Performance during the period. If the customer expressly asks for the service to start during the withdrawal period and then withdraws, they owe an amount proportionate to what was provided until they communicated their decision (art. L.221-25). During the free trial, that amount is €0. After the first charge, any proportionate amount owed is calculated on the price of the period concerned.

How to withdraw. With Nordline: the “Withdraw from the contract here” function on the /retractation page, an email to contact@movi.immo with the subject “Withdrawal”, the form in the annex, or any other unambiguous statement (art. L.221-21 and D.221-5). Nordline acknowledges receipt by email. Stripe is only the payment processor and does not handle withdrawals.

Refund. Nordline refunds without undue delay, and at the latest 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment, unless the customer expressly agrees to another means at no cost to them (art. L.221-24). Any proportionate amount owed under article L.221-25 is deducted.

Missing information. If the information on the withdrawal right was not provided, the period is extended by twelve months (art. L.221-20).

Withdrawal ends the contract. It is not a request to delete personal data.

7. Liability

Nordline is liable as of right toward the consumer for the proper performance of the contract (French Consumer Code art. L.221-15). It can be released only by proving that the failure is attributable to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to force majeure (French Civil Code art. 1218).

No clause of these terms limits or excludes Nordline’s liability for personal injury, gross negligence or fraud, or removes or reduces the right of a consumer or non-professional to compensation (French Consumer Code art. R.212-1, 6°). No liability cap applies toward a consumer. Business customers: see the Terms of Use (section 9).

8. Consumer mediation (consumers)

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on “the consumer dispute mediation process”, after contacting us first and if you do not receive a reply that satisfies you, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:
CM2C · 49 rue de Ponthieu · 75 008 PARIS · Tel: +33 1 89 47 00 14
Website: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php · Email: litiges@cm2c.net

If you live in another EU Member State, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you free of charge: https://www.eccnet.eu.

9. Governing law

The contract is governed by French law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country’s law and can go to court where you live; details and competent courts are in the Terms of Use (section 12).

10. Acceptance, changes and language

By confirming signup, you accept these terms and confirm you are an adult with legal capacity to contract. The version accepted at signup applies.

Nordline may change these terms only for a valid reason. Any significant change is notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, with the new text. You may then cancel free of charge before that date. A price change follows section 2.

French is the contract language. In case of doubt or difference between versions, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer prevails (French Consumer Code art. L.211-1).
