Terms of Sale — Visit

Last updated 1 September 2026

1. Seller

NORDLINE LABS, SASU with share capital of €1,000, 11 boulevard Suchet, 75016 Paris, France — RCS Paris 109 428 235 — VAT FR51109428235 — contact@movi.immo — +33 6 76 09 62 47. Full details: Legal notice.

Nordline Labs invoices the customer for the Visit, pays the Visit Partner, and keeps a percentage. Nordline is the seller of the service. The Partner is not the customer’s counterparty for the price.

These terms prevail over the Terms of Use for any Visit order.

2. The service

The Visit is a factual visit report. A Visit Partner goes to the home you designate. The Partner produces a structured report: photos and factual observations, in the platform format. Nordline delivers that report to you through Movi.

You agree the slot yourself with the agency or the owner. You then send Nordline the address, the date and the time. Nordline does not contact the landlord to arrange the visit.

The Visit service is available in Paris and Île-de-France only for now. The software Platform is accessible from the European Union.

The price is the fee for that report. It is not rent, not a security deposit, and not funds collected for a landlord or an agency.

3. What the Visit is not

Nordline is not a real-estate agency. It does not negotiate a lease, hold a mandate, or act for the client. It sells a factual visit report. It does not promise a lease, an apartment, or a rental outcome.

No guarantee that the tenant gets the apartment. The report describes what the Partner saw and photographed in the accessible parts, on the date and at the time of the visit. It is not an expert appraisal, a property diagnostic (energy, asbestos, lead, electricity, gas or other), or legal advice. It does not guarantee the condition of the property, the absence of defects, or that an application will be accepted. The lease, if signed, is concluded outside the platform.

4. The Partner and use of the report

The Visit Partner is independent. The Partner is not an employee of Nordline and does not act in the customer’s name. The Partner answers for their acts on site and for the facts they record. Nordline delivers the report without rewriting the Partner’s findings.

Using the report. The report is for your personal use. You may share it with the people involved in your project (flatmate, guarantor, relative). Do not publish it: it shows a home that belongs to, or is occupied by, a third party.

Damage during a visit. Anyone who believes they suffered damage during a visit may write to contact@movi.immo. Nordline forwards the claim to the Partner. The Partner answers it with their liability insurer and gives the insurer’s details on request. This does not limit Nordline’s liability toward its consumer customer (section 8).

5. Price and payment

The price is the amount displayed at the time of the order. Nordline does not charge VAT, because it is under the franchise en base. The invoice may state “TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”. The number FR51109428235 identifies the company. It does not mean that VAT is collected on this invoice.

The Visit is carried out on site, in France: French VAT rules apply to it, whatever the customer’s country of residence.

Payment is by card, at order, through Stripe, the payment processor. The card is charged before the Partner travels. Nordline Labs issues the invoice.

6. Withdrawal and refund — 14 days

The two boxes at the order. For a visit scheduled within the 14-day period, two separate boxes, not pre-ticked, are mandatory before payment. Without them, the order cannot be placed. For a visit scheduled after that period, they are not asked for. If the slot is later moved into the period, both boxes are collected before the visit is confirmed.

  • (a) “I ask for the Visit to start before the 14-day withdrawal period ends.”
  • (b) “I understand that if I withdraw once the visit has started, the refund only covers what has not yet been done, and that I lose my withdrawal right once the report is delivered.”

Period. 14 days from conclusion of the contract, without giving a reason and without penalty (French Consumer Code art. L.221-18). The day of conclusion is not counted. A period ending on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a public holiday or non-working day is extended to the next working day (art. L.221-19).

How to withdraw. With Nordline: the “Withdraw from the contract here” function on the /retractation page, an email to contact@movi.immo with the subject “Withdrawal”, the form in the annex, or any other unambiguous statement (art. L.221-21). Nordline acknowledges receipt by email. Stripe is only the payment processor and does not handle withdrawals.

End of the right. The start of the visit does not end the withdrawal right. The right ends only when the report is delivered and both boxes were ticked at the order (art. L.221-28, 1°).

Refund. Nordline refunds without undue delay, and at the latest 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment, unless the customer expressly agrees to another means at no cost to them (art. L.221-24). The work already done, if owed, is deducted.

Price split for the work already done. The work already done is calculated using this split of the price: 40% for the Partner’s preparation and travel, 35% for the on-site visit, 25% for writing and delivering the report.

StageShare of the price€45 (Paris 1–10)€50 (Paris 11–20)€80 (example, outside Paris: from €80)
Preparation and travel (once the Partner has set off)40%€18€20€32
On-site visit35%€15.75€17.50€28
Writing and delivering the report25%€11.25€12.50€20

After the visit and before the report is delivered, the customer is refunded at least the report share (25%).

Withdrawal ends the contract. It is not a request to delete personal data (privacy policy).

7. Cancellation before the slot: a separate rule

Cancelling a slot is an operational rule, separate from withdrawal. Amounts are given for a price of €45 (Paris 1–10) / €50 (Paris 11–20) / €80 (example, outside Paris: from €80).

SituationRefund
The customer cancels 6 hours or more before the slot100%
The customer cancels between 6 hours and 2 hours before the slot, and the Partner has not yet set off100%. The cancellation is logged as a “late cancellation”. After 3 late cancellations in 60 days, the next booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
The customer cancels less than 2 hours before the slot, or after the Partner has set offThe price minus 40% (travel share): €27 / €30 / €48
Visit started (Partner on site)The price minus the work already done: at least 25% (report share), i.e. at least €11.25 / €12.50 / €20
Report delivered (both boxes ticked)None
The landlord or agency cancels, and Nordline is told before the Partner sets offThe customer chooses: a new slot at no cost or a 100% refund
The landlord or agency cancels, or no one opens, once the Partner is on site (the Partner waits 15 minutes, calls the customer and the agency, and keeps a timestamped photo as proof)The customer chooses: one new booking at no cost within 30 days of the original slot date, borne by Nordline, or a 100% refund
Customer no-show (wrong address or time, no booking in the customer’s name, missing access information; the Partner waits 15 minutes and tries to reach the customer and the agency)The price minus 40% (travel done): €27 / €30 / €48, or a new booking charged at 40% of the price
The Partner cancels 6 hours or more before the slotThe customer chooses: a replacement Partner or a 100% refund
The Partner cancels less than 6 hours before the slot, does not show up, or is more than 15 minutes late and the visit does not take place100% refund, or a priority new booking, at the customer’s choice

Refund timing. Refunds linked to a cancellation are made within 14 days of the cancellation, using the same means of payment.

Free rescheduling. The customer may move the slot at no cost, as many times as they like, up to 6 hours before the slot. The new slot must be within 30 days of the original slot date. If the landlord or agency moves the slot, rescheduling is free at any time before the Partner sets off. If the new slot falls within the 14-day withdrawal period, both boxes (a) and (b) in section 6 are collected before confirmation. Otherwise, the original slot is kept or the customer picks a slot after that period.

If Nordline or the Partner cannot carry out the visit. The customer chooses between another slot and a full refund of the price paid.

Partner no-show. If the Partner does not show up, cancels less than 6 hours before the slot, or is more than 15 minutes late and the visit does not take place, the customer chooses between a 100% refund and a priority new booking.

The more favourable rule applies. A cancellation, or passing a tier, does not mean the withdrawal right is lost. As long as that right is open, the customer may exercise it. During the withdrawal period, the customer pays at most the lower of the tier and the work actually done (art. L.221-25). If both rules apply, the customer benefits from whichever is more favourable to them.

Once the report has been delivered, there is no cancellation. What remains is conformity of the report (section 9) and, if it is still open, the withdrawal right.

Proof. To apply this scale, Nordline keeps timestamps for the order and the ticked boxes, for the Partner setting off and arriving, for the calls made and for the photos taken on site. These records do not shift the burden of proof: you may contest them by any means and get a copy at contact@movi.immo. In case of doubt, the solution most favourable to you is chosen.

8. Insurance and liability

Nordline Labs has not taken out professional liability insurance to date. No insurer and no policy number are stated.

The Partner must hold their own liability insurance covering the visit, including entry into the home. Nordline does not provide that insurance.

Toward the consumer customer, Nordline is liable as of right for the proper performance of the Visit, even when the visit is carried out by the Partner (French Consumer Code art. L.221-15). It can be released only by proving that the failure is attributable to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party to the contract, or to force majeure (French Civil Code art. 1218). Refusal of access to the home is covered by the scale in section 7.

No clause of these terms limits or excludes Nordline’s liability for personal injury, gross negligence or fraud, or removes or reduces the right of a consumer or non-professional to compensation (French Consumer Code art. R.212-1, 6°). No liability cap applies toward a consumer. Business customers: see the Terms of Use (section 9).

9. Complaints

Report not delivered or not as described. If the report is not delivered, is incomplete against the stated format, or does not match the designated home, write to contact@movi.immo, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Nordline offers you, at your choice, a free new visit where possible, or a refund of all or part of the price. This indicative period does not make you lose any legal right.

Any other complaint goes to contact@movi.immo. Nordline acknowledges it and replies in writing.

10. Consumer mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on “the consumer dispute mediation process”, after contacting us first and if you do not receive a reply that satisfies you, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with:

If you live in another EU Member State, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help you free of charge: https://www.eccnet.eu.

11. Governing law

The contract is governed by French law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country’s law and can go to court where you live; details and competent courts are in the Terms of Use (section 12).

12. Acceptance and language

By confirming payment, you accept these terms for the order concerned. You confirm you are an adult with legal capacity to contract. The version accepted at the time of the order applies to that order. A later change does not apply to it.

French is the contract language. In case of doubt or difference between versions, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer prevails (French Consumer Code art. L.211-1).
