2. Activity

Nordline Labs publishes and operates the software Movi, a decision-support platform between finding a listing (on third-party portals) and signing a lease.

Movi will offer a search companion, which is an artificial-intelligence system (coming soon: you will be interacting with an AI, not a person), and a Risk Score (coming soon).

Where offered, Movi also provides a Visit: an independent Visit Partner documents a property and writes a structured report, delivered to the customer through the platform. Nordline Labs invoices the customer for that report, pays the Partner, and keeps a percentage.

Nordline is not a real-estate agency. It does not negotiate a lease, hold a mandate, or act for the client. It sells a factual visit report. It does not promise a lease, an apartment, or a rental outcome.

Points of contact (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services, arts 11 and 12). Member State authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services: contact@movi.immo, in French or English. Users: contact@movi.immo or +33 6 76 09 62 47, in French or English. A person handles your messages.

Report illegal content. Write to contact@movi.immo with the reasons, the exact location (link or reference), your name and email, and a statement that you act in good faith. Nordline acknowledges receipt and reviews the notice diligently and objectively. It then tells you its decision and how to challenge it. A measure taken against a user is reasoned and may be challenged under the Terms of Use (section 6).
